Professional Profile
Harmendra Singh is a seasoned professional with a wealth of experience in Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) and Management Information Systems (MIS). He has served as a Team lead for the World Bank and the Government of Afghanistan’s Ministry of Finance, where he designed and led M&E Readiness Assessments for five different ministries, developed an M&E manual, and set up an IT-based Monitoring Dashboard. He also played a crucial role in the functional review of Line Ministries (LMs) and led the design of an online project monitoring and information management system. He also mentored and built the capacity of the M&E team, provided technical advice, and ensured data was entered correctly and fully into the EMIS. His diverse experience and expertise make him a valuable asset in any professional setting.
