Dr. Jalali has over 17 years of experience serving international and national development, public, and private institutions at leadership and management levels. He has served the World Bank, USAID, UNDP, European Union (EU Delegation), German Government, and Government of Afghanistan, in their leading public sector reforms, institutional development, and organizational reform programs and projects (2008 – 2016). Since 2016 to date, Dr. Jalali has been serving MgtWell Consulting Services as the Director for Business Development Services, mainly managing the company’s international partnerships and collaborations with clients, based in Afghanistan and the MENA region. His portfolio includes active engagement with international donors and humanitarian organizations supporting Afghanistan’s humanitarian and economic recovery framework.
